  • Do not use a dryer or washing machine. Heat and excessive water can damage fabric, padding, adhesives, and stitching.
  • Do not leave gear in hot cars or gym bags for long periods. Heat and trapped moisture can cause odor, bacteria growth, and material breakdown.
  • Do not use a dishwasher for bottles or accessories unless clearly labeled dishwasher-safe.
  • Do not apply Vaseline, petroleum jelly, oils, or heavy creams. These can damage leather, synthetics, stitching, and padding.

"I ordered my Rival headgear for use with akrav Maga free sparring. I've really enjoyed the helmet so far. It fits very snug to my head during sparring. The straps can be easily tightened or loosened even with gloves on and the straps come with enough excess to be adjusted according to preferences. The helmet provides good coverage and does not obstruct vision at all. It breaths decently, but does get a smidgen warm after awhile in the ring (but that's to be expected). It looks great and feels great and holds up even u Der heavy blows from hard hitting partners. Would definitely buy Rival again."

"It’s rare that I’m so taken aback by how absolutely perfect a product is, because so rarely are products so absolutely perfect. This headgear fits like a dream. It hugs your skull and can be adjusted so incrementally that you’ll get what can only be described as a custom, tailored fit. I have a headgear with “GEL” from T***e and got a grade 1 concussion day one that I used it. Took me out for two weeks. I ordered this to replace it because of the D3O claims, and wow are they true. I’ve been slapping myself and punching myself all day wearing this thing and I feel absolutely nothing. I put on my old headgear and tried the same, immediately felt the “ouch.” This isn’t just one of the best-designed boxing product I’ve ever used, it’s one of the best-designed products I’ve ever used, at all, ever.
