20 Years ago we introduced the RS1 Sparring Glove to the boxing world. 20 years later this glove has become a legend and has remained virtually unchanged since its inception. Proper care and maintenance help extend the life and performance of your equipment. Damage caused by improper care or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under warranty.

Do Not

  • Do not dry equipment in direct sunlight. UV exposure and heat can cause cracking, fading, and premature wear.
  • Do not use a dryer or washing machine. Heat and excessive water can damage fabric, padding, adhesives, and stitching.
  • Do not leave gear in hot cars or gym bags for long periods. Heat and trapped moisture can cause odor, bacteria growth, and material breakdown.
  • Do not use a dishwasher for bottles or accessories unless clearly labeled dishwasher-safe.
  • Do not apply Vaseline, petroleum jelly, oils, or heavy creams. These can damage leather, synthetics, stitching, and padding.

  • Always wipe down equipment after use with a clean, dry towel.
  • Only use light, equipment-safe cleaners or anti-bacterial sprays designed for sports gear.
